Roasted New Potatoes with Rosemary Ingredients 2 pounds new potatoes, cut into small pieces 3 cloves garlic 1/8 cup olive oil 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper DIRECTIONS: Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cut about 2 pounds of unpeeled new potatoes into walnut size pieces.
